Deposits to hold PoolsideCats for you
To remove a PoolsideCat from the available list to make it your kitty a 50% deposit is placed on your picked kitty. This deposit can be placed via Venmo or check, all checks must clear before kitty gets ready to go to the vet. Once we get to the deposit stage of the your PoolsideCat you are entering in an agreement that you are purchasing this kitty. All deposits are non refundable. This insures PoolsideCats you are are serious buyer.
When deposits are cleared and kitty is of age and weight to be spayed or neutered it will go to the vet for a wellness, to be altered, get a Felv blood test, a fecal test, nail trim, ear check & cleaned if needed. One week after surgery the kitty will get its vaccines needed for the Florida Health Certificate. I hold on to kitty for a few days to watch for any reactions from vaccines. When all is good kitty can go to his/her new FOREVER home.
Wait list deposits for PoolsideCats
Some clients have a certain color or pattern on their wish list. We offer a deposited wait list for these clients. A 25% deposit of your budget price range places you on the deposited wait list. The first person on a specific color pattern wait list gets the first right of pick or pass. Then the second person chooses what has not been spoken for. This 25% deposit can be made via Zelle or by check. All deposits are non refundable. This insures PoolsideCats you are are serious buyer.
When you pick your kitty the remaining 25% of the deposit is due. This removes the PoolsideCat from the available list.

Payment plans for PoolsideCats
Sometimes clients want a high end PoolsideCat. So we have decided to offer payment plans for our clients. A budget price range is established, a 15% – 25% deposit is placed. Weekly or bi-weekly payments are made. Once deposit gets to 25% client’s name is moved to a color/pattern list of their choice. (can be on more than one list!)
Some clients continue to make weekly or bi-weekly payments while waiting for kitten to be picked. When kitty is picked to be removed from the available list the remaining 25% of the deposit is need at that time.
Client has option to continue to do weekly or bi-weekly payments until kitty is paid in full.
Full payment of kitty will be made before handing over kitty to its new FOREVER pet parent.
Balance due on your PoolsideCats
A full payment of kitty will be made before handing over kitty to its new FOREVER pet parent.
Balance payments can be by check, but know it takes 10 days for checks to clear, kitty will not be placed until check is cleared.
Balances can be paid via Zelle the night before meeting to give you your PoolsideCat or cash in person.

As of 2013 hobby breeders can no longer ship pets. All pets are placed face to face. We gladly meet our clients for a reasonable transport fee some place in the middle.
